Centrifugal compound infinite chilled cast iron roll
Material profile:
Infinite chilled cast iron is a roll material between chilled cast iron and gray cast iron。The working layer of the infinite chilled cast iron roll contains flake graphite, and the hardness decreases with the increase of graphite content from the surface of the roll body。According to the service condition of the roll, the matrix structure of the roll can be controlled as pearlite, bainite, martensite or tempered sortensite by adjusting the chemical composition。This kind of roll has good wear resistance and is close to chilled cast iron。Its resistance to thermal cracking, spalling and biting properties are also excellent。
