Material profile:
The high speed steel roll is produced by horizontal centrifugal composite casting process, and the high hardness high speed steel working layer is fused to the core ductile iron metallurgy to form a composite roll。High speed steel material contains a large number of Mo, V, W, Cr and other alloying elements, tempered martensitic matrix structure distribution of MC, M2C, M6C and other high hardness eutectic carbide and granular secondary carbide, so it has excellent high temperature wear resistance and thermal cracking resistance。At the same time, the surface roughness resistance is also excellent。Under the condition of hot rolling, the high speed steel roll surface formed wear-resistant oxide film, which has a good effect on the friction characteristics and strip surface quality。
