The working layer is heated at high temperature and spray quenched to obtain uniformly refined bainite matrix. The microstructure state at normal temperature is bainite matrix + granular carbide。Due to the centrifugal casting method, the working layer is crystallized under strong centrifugal force, the microstructure is fine, and the grains are fine equiaxed crystals。The chemical composition adopts the grain boundary strengthening element, so that the grain boundary is fully strengthened, while adding the alloy to improve the high temperature thermal strength of the material, so that the working layer warm thermal strength is improved, and the thermal fatigue resistance is good in use。According to different rolling conditions such as rolling force, rolling speed and rolled steel, different heat treatment processes can be used to adjust the hardness of the roll body in order to achieve better results in specific rolling mills。According to the customer feedback, the use effect of this kind of roll has reached more than twice that of the same type of cast steel back-up roll。
