Material profile:
High chromium cast iron roll produced by centrifugal casting technology，The chromium content in the working layer material is 12-22%，Through reasonable chemical composition ratio and different heat treatment processes，The matrix structure can be controlled as sortensite, troosite, bainite or martensite，The type of carbide is Cr7C3 type eutectic carbide，Cr23C6 secondary carbide and molybdenum carbide Mo2C and so on。Core material can be selected according to the use of ductile iron or gray iron。

Scope of application:
High chromium cast iron rolls are mainly used for roughing and finishing first section of hot strip rolling mill, roughing and finishing roll of wide, medium and thick plate rolling mill, flattening roll, cold strip rolling mill, universal roll ring of large section steel and finishing roll of small section steel and bar rolling mill。
